Hands of Hope Kakamega is a registered community-based organization operating in Kakamega County, Malava Sub-County, Kenya. We focus on improving the lives of vulnerable children from poor families through access to education, nutrition, care, and emotional support.
Our organization supports children who are orphaned, neglected, abandoned, destitute, or from families unable to meet basic needs. We believe every child deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
With deep roots in the community, we work hand-in-hand with local leaders, families, and volunteers to create sustainable change and build a brighter future for the children of Kakamega.

Whitney Wanyama faced a difficult childhood after her mother's incarceration and living with elderly grandparents with serious health challenges. Through the support of Hands of Hope Kakamega and generous well-wishers, she received school support, learning materials, and a school uniform. Today Whitney is attending school confidently and looking forward to a brighter future.
